I lean in to the messy details and lead the way from ambiguous problems to human-centered solutions through research (punk-rock style or otherwise), big picture thinking, sketching and workshopping together to get to the best possible solution (given all our constraints, of course). When I'm on the team I really make it feel like a team, building connections with humor, kindness, and positivity. Outside of work I’m also teaming and problem solving — playing ultimate frisbee, modifying sewing patterns to match my exact vision, or getting into a cozy mystery.
